OnDuty — Terms of Service
1. Subscriptions and Renewals
- OnDuty subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Once a billing period has started, all charges are final and non-refundable. Please review your subscription details before the renewal date to avoid unintended fees.
2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities
- To access OnDuty services, users must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to do so may result in limited or restricted access.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and must keep login credentials secure. Strong passwords are required.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or that data has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
3. Billing and Refund Policy
- All payments are securely handled through Stripe.
- Because service access begins immediately upon payment, refunds are not available for active or partially used subscription periods.
- Once a new billing cycle has begun, subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Account Closure
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- To prevent additional charges, all active vehicles must be removed from the account before the renewal date.
- Users may also request account deactivation via email; however, access to the service will remain available until the current billing period ends.
5. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
- Users agree to contact OnDuty support to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a violation of these Terms. OnDuty reserves the right to dispute such claims.
6. User Obligations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal or business information.
- Protect account credentials from unauthorized use.
- Ensure all activity conducted through the account complies with applicable laws and OnDuty policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
OnDuty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the service.
8. Account Suspension or Removal
- OnDuty reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or otherwise harm the company’s operations or reputation.
- Account suspension or termination does not entitle the user to compensation or refunds.
- If termination occurs due to user misconduct, all outstanding fees remain payable.
9. Acceptable Use
OnDuty may be used only for lawful and intended purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their actions do not violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations,
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights,
- Damaging OnDuty’s reputation or legitimate interests,
